Delivery
Monday to Saturday - Guaranteed Same Day Delivery (Excluding Public Holidays)
Abelia Florist offers a delivery service to all areas within the Sydney Metropolitan area to business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm. The order must be placed by 10am on the desired day of delivery. If a specific delivery time frame is required an additional charge may apply. One of our friendly florists will contact you to inform you of the additional charges for the specific time delivery.
If we receive your order after 10am we may still be able to deliver it the same day depending on the delivery location and the actual time the order was placed.
Public Holidays
Please be advised that delivery restrictions may apply depending on the location. Please call us on (02) 9823 8488 or (02) 9823 7888 to confirm delivery availability and costs. Theses may vary depending on the public holiday and the location to be delivered to.
Deliveries Australia Wide
We advise that delivery may take up to 24 hours and weekend delivery conditions may vary depending on the participating florist. The recommended time frame to place any order for delivery is the day before you require delivery. While we aim to match the flowers presented on this site to your order, due to seasonal factors this is not always possible. Therefore, our pictures should be used as a guide only.
International Deliveries

Substitution Policy
The substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
Also occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the seasonal availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Note: We require a valid phone number and email address on your order to assist in contacting you immediately should one of our florists have any questions or concerns regarding your order. We also require a contact phone number of the recipient in case they are not at the delivery address.
